RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICIES

RETURNS

The Angel’s Family values each and every one of our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. For all returns, please contact Angel’s Distributing Inc at 1-800-450-9368 or email ralph@angelslinings.com.

  • The customer will be responsible for inspecting and contacting Angel’s within 7 days of receiving the shipment for any returns or claims.
  • Angel’s will not accept any return or claim after 30 days of the original ship date.
  • All products must be in original packaging with all original tags. This includes the spec tag on the side of the bolt.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is made ready for shipping and is then cancelled by the customer, for any reason, there will be a $25 cancellation / restocking fee per item.

  • All cuts are final sale and not eligible for cancellation or return.
  • No claims or returns for damaged or defective goods if goods are cut or further processed.
  • If an order is refused by the customer and returned to Angel’s Distributing, the customer will be responsible for: the original shipping, the cost of the shipping back to Angel’s, the refusal fee and a $25 restocking fee per bolt.
